1. That Toss & When My Heart Sank (SA Innings)
Finally, for once, we win the toss! It’s about time, right? Rohit put them in, which is the smart play in Vizag.
But the Proteas, man, they came out swinging, looking to just take the game, like, completely by the scruff of the neck.
Quinton de Kock, that guy is always such a pain in the neck. He was batting like some kind of crazy dream, hitting this huge 106 off 89 balls. They was flying! When they were 168/2, I was biting my nails so hard. I was like, this is gonna be a 350-plus mountain to climb, sure it is.
The Vipers Strike! You Know It!
But then, our bowlers totally flipped the whole script. Suddenly, Kuldeep Yadav came in and, God bless his cotton socks, got De Kock out of there! That was the crucial, key moment. After that, the South African batting order completely lost they’re plot.
Kuldeep and Prasidh Krishna—what a pair! They were so much on fire, taking four wickets a piece. That entire collapse from 168/2 to 270 All Out? That's what you call completely knocking the stuffing outta them.
Chasing 271, you gotta be focused, but these guys, they looked like they were having tea.
When you think Rohit, you think big scores, right? He played a beautiful knock, getting 75 runs. But when he crossed the 20,000 International Runs milestone? That was really the best part of the whole day, the absolute icing on the cake, actually. No drama, no fuss, just this little tiny raise of the bat. That is the mark of a champion, no question. #20KForRohit
B. Jaiswal: Stole The Spotlight, Literally!
But the real star of the show, which absolutely stole the spotlight, were Yashasvi Jaiswal. The young kid was cool as a cucumber, I swear. His 116 not out was not just a score, it was his first ever ODI century, you know? He didn't panic or throw his wicket away, he played the proper textbook game, he looked like a senior player. Seeing him hit the century runs and celebrate? Man, it brought a tear to my eyes. That boy has alot of potential, I’m telling you. #YashasviJaiswal
3. The King Just Cleans Up!
We only lost one wicket, which is crazy! Who came in next? The Player of the Series winner, Virat Kohli, of course! He just absolutely played a blistering 65 not out off 45 balls. He was simply taking the bull by the horns; didn't mess around, just finished the game with pure aggression.
India won by a massive 9 wickets with under 40 overs used! A clean, clinical series victory. Take that, South Africa, and try harder next time! #INDvSA
