Even though Virat Kohli played amazingly, New Zealand beat India by 41 runs in the last game, winning the ODI series. It was a great game where both teams played well but New Zealand states strong and made history in the ODI games against India.

New Zealand chose to bat first and score a good number of runs on a pitch that was good for batting at first but got slower later. Their batsmen at the top did well and the ones in the middle took advantage of that. Indian bowlers slowed them down in the middle, but New Zealand scored some important runs at the end to get a good score.

Indian bowlers did some good things especially the spinners who got the ball to turn as it got older. But they also bowled some bad words which help New Zealand keep scoring. Even though India took wickets, they could not stop New Zealand from scoring enough runs which hurt them in such An important game.

When India batted, they were careful because they knew they needed wickets in hand. When a batsman at the top got out early, it put pressure on them. But Virat Kohli played very well again. He played calmly and with great skills, scoring a brilliant century and showing how good. He is at ODI cricket specially when the pressure is on.

Kohli got some help from the batsman in the middle but New Zealand bowler took wicket off in stopping India from building any long partnership. The game changed when India lost two quick wickets when New Zealand seem to be getting close to winning that gave New Zealand the advantage.

New Zealand’s bowler were very controlled with the fast bowlers changing their speed and length and the spinners stopping India from scoring Many runs in the middle. Their fielding was also great with good catches and stopped that saved runs. Even though Kohli was playing well, New Zealand made sure India had to keep trying to catch up.

As India needed more runs per over, the batsman in the lower middle order felt the pressure Kohli kept fighting and got to his century when everyone applauded. But he got out soon after which ended India’s hope. After that, the chase was over and New Zealand won the game and the series.

This when was a big deal for New Zealand, showing how consistent and adaptable they are in ODI cricket. Even when playing away from home, they were able to do what they planned and played well as a team throughout the series.

India will need to think about this result, especially how stable the middle order is and how well they bowl at the end of the innings. Kohli century was great but he did not get enough support when it mattered.

In the end, New Zealand played better overall. They beat India in the most important parts of the game and deserve to win the ODI series, leaving India to get ready for the next games.
